Launch Buddy — Basic
We run launch week alongside you.
Every author knows the fear, even the ones who won't say it out loud: the book comes out, the launch week passes, and then comes the silence. Publication day is supposed to be the finish line, and instead it feels like standing in an empty room wondering if anyone got the invitation.
You have seen the DIY launch checklists. They assume you have a second job's worth of hours and a marketer's nervous system. You would rather spend launch week being the author, with someone who has run this play before working beside you.
How it works
Launch Buddy begins a few weeks before pub date with a kickoff: the plan, the calendar, and who does what. P&P sequences the launch emails and the social posts, coordinates the Amazon mechanics (the timing, the categories, the moments that matter in the first seventy-two hours), and keeps the checklist so you don't have to.
During launch week itself, you show up as the author: the notes to your people, the conversations, the celebration. The machinery runs behind you, and when something needs a decision, it comes to you as a question with a recommendation, never as a fire.
After the dust settles, you and Julie hold a debrief: what worked, what the numbers say, and what to do in the ninety days after, when most books' momentum is decided.
Who this is for
Your book is ready or nearly ready, and you want launch week run by people who have done it before, with you in the author's seat instead of the operator's.
The call costs nothing, and you leave knowing your options. Julie reads every inquiry personally.
