Publishing Packages
Signature
The entire publishing project, handled: production, launch, direct sales, and the first ninety days.
Your book has a job to do. It extends a practice, anchors a speaking calendar, or opens rooms your title alone does not. Which means the book cannot merely exist; it has to arrive, look the part, and keep working long after launch week ends.
You have watched colleagues publish well-meaning books that sank without a sound, and you have no interest in spending a year of your life to join them. You also have no interest in becoming your own publishing department. You want one team accountable for the whole project, and you want to stay the author.
How it works
Signature runs from kickoff through the first ninety days after publication. The production is the deepest P&P offers: a copyedit with author revisions, a proofread on final pages, and a premium cover developed by a senior designer through multiple concepts, reviewed with you at each stage.
While the book is in production, the machinery around it gets built. Julie audits what you already have (your audience, your network, your channels) and writes a go-to-market plan around it. Your direct-to-consumer storefront goes up, so readers can buy from you at full margin. Advance reader copies go out. Pre-orders open. The press kit, the speaker sheet, the podcast pitch list, the email sequence, and the social kit are written, designed, and ready before pub date.
Then the book goes live, and the engagement keeps going: a day-one checklist, two post-launch check-ins in the first thirty days, and a ninety-day content calendar so the momentum has somewhere to go. You end the engagement with a published book, a working sales channel you own, and a marketing operation you understand well enough to run.
The engagement includes
- Everything in Foundation, at the deeper editorial tier

- Platform audit and go-to-market plan
- ARC production, pre-order setup, Amazon A+ content
- Press kit, speaker sheet, podcast pitch list, email sequence, full social kit
